Step into the spacious and inviting living room of our Bear Ridge Mountain
View Cabin, where comfort and style come together in perfect harmony. The room
is dominated by two plush 3-person couches, perfect for lounging and taking in
the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains through the large, floor-
to-ceiling windows. A cozy stone fireplace provides a warm and welcoming focal
point, perfect for chilly evenings spent snuggled up with a good book or
watching a favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. With its open floor
plan and abundant natural light, this living room is the perfect space to
relax and unwind after a day of exploring the great outdoors.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:
The fully equipped kitchen in our Bear Ridge Mountain View Cabin is the
perfect space to cook up a storm with your loved ones. The room is illuminated
by natural light pouring in through the large windows and is filled with top-
of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel appliances, making mealtime
a breeze. A spacious island with four comfortable bar stools provides
additional seating and counter space, perfect for casual dining or preparing a
meal. A coffee maker and all the necessary cookware and utensils are provided,
ensuring that you have everything you need to whip up a delicious breakfast or
dinner. The adjacent dining room table seats 12, making it the perfect space
to gather around for family meals or special occasions. Dish towels, starter
dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Game Room:
The game room in our Bear Ridge Mountain View Cabin is the perfect spot to let
loose and have some fun with friends and family. The room is equipped with a
full-size pool table, where you can challenge each other to a game or two. A
plush 3-person couch provides a comfortable spot to take a break and rest your
eyes. A large flat-screen TV hangs on the wall, perfect for watching your
favorite sports team or movie. And, a half-kitchen area is stocked with snacks
and drinks, so you can fuel up for your next gaming session. Plus, the room is
equipped with a selection of arcade games, including classic favorites and
modern hits, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The outdoor space at our Bear Ridge Mountain View Cabin is a serene oasis that
perfectly complements the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. Step
out onto the covered deck, where you can enjoy a meal on the propane grill
while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Unwind in
the hot tub under the stars, or lounge in one of the comfortable rocking
chairs and soak up the peaceful atmosphere. The wrap-around porch offers
additional seating and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. And, with ample
parking for up to 5 vehicles, you can easily accommodate your family and
friends. Plus, take a short stroll down to the pool, where you can enjoy a
refreshing swim on a warm summer day. And, arriving and departing is made easy
with our paved driveway, providing a smooth and convenient entrance to your
mountain retreat.

Location/ Roads / Parking:
This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. It is a curvy steep
incline. Level parking for 5 vehicles. Just 10 minutes from the Smoky
Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will
find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. With such a great
location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has
to offer.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check
in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,
or New Years Day.

Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your
payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we
will resend it a week before your stay.
