Bear Family Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the lake and Village. This charming cabin is the epitome of a perfect mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2400+ sq ft home with living room, loft, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with jet tub, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath, and deck. Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/twin bunk beds, TV, and private bath. Upstairs loft has two queen beds and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Pool table, foosball table, bumper pool, poker table, and arcade game with Donkey Kong, Pac Man, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, a movie collection, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the large back deck with a gas barbecue and fenced yard! Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit.

PARKING - 3 car driveway. Boat parking and electrical vehicle charging available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
