ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has twin/twin bunk beds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with a hot tub and charcoal barbecue. Basketball hoop in front yard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
