Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed, twin trundle bed, and private bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max).
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
