This pet-friendly house in Gearhart offers modern accommodations with a rustic vibe and plenty of space for a large group. With close proximity to the beach, you'll feel spoiled!

Located at the south end of town right off Neawanna Creek, you're within walking distance to long stretches of sand and Gearhart Golf Links.

The homey living room features plenty of seating, between the couch, chairs, and seats by the windows, which let in abundant natural light and offer an excellent view of the estuary. There's a wood fireplace, a full bookshelf, and a flatscreen TV for watching cable and DVDs.

This large, open space also features a dining room and kitchen. Up to eight people will fit around the dining table, and more seating is available right behind with raised stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. Plenty of counterspace, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher make the whole process painless.

A large, fenced yard has a nicely manicured lawn your dog will enjoy if you choose to bring him (please note a 1 dog, 40-pound weight limit and a small nightly fee). There is also a charcoal grill for cooking up meat with a classic smokey flavor, and a portable firepit.

There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths in this house, making it suitable for up to six guests. Downstairs, one room features a queen bed, a TV with DVD player/VCR, patio access, and a full bath with tub/shower combo down the hall. A second room features a set of twin bunk beds and two separate twin beds (total of four), and an attached nook has a double futon and patio access.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, an armchair, a full private bath, and access to the private balcony.

There's also a laundry room in the house with a washer/dryer, and WiFi is available for your convenience. There are accommodations for little ones as well, such as a baby gate and booster seat, so you can bring everyone along!

This house is perfect for a large family retreat or reunion - walk just a block and a half to the beach to enjoy hunting seashells, flying kites, clamming, or catching a sunset. Go to Pacific Way Bakery and Cafe for coffee, or head less than a mile south to Seaside and all the fun you can find there!

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - 1 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: STR20-00219 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: My guest(s) and I acknowledge this home is on septic and occupancy is limited to 6. I further agree to the following: Guest will not exceed 6, this includes visitors No more than 6 people can take showers at the home. No heavy paper products flushed - this includes but is not limited to feminine hygiene products, baby wipes and toiletry wipes. Assume responsibility for any costs incurred if the system is overloaded by improper use during your reservation. Septic Tank Tips: Use water efficiently - Average indoor water use in the typical single-family home is almost 70 gallons per person per day. The more water a household conserves, the less water enters the septic system. Efficient water use can improve the operation of the septic system and reduce the risk of failure. Waste disposal - What shouldnt you flush down your toilet? Dental floss, feminine hygiene products, condoms, diapers, cotton swabs, cigarette butts, coffee grounds, cat litter, paper towels, and other kitchen and bathroom items that can clog and potentially damage septic system components if they become trapped. Flushing household chemicals, gasoline, oil, pesticides, antifreeze, and paint can stress or destroy the biological treatment taking place in the system or might contaminate surface waters and groundwater. Washing machines - By selecting the proper load size, youll reduce water waste. Washing small loads of laundry on the large-load cycle wastes precious water and energy. Try to spread water usage throughout your stay and select the right load size. What makes a system fail? - If the amount of wastewater entering the system is more than the system can handle, the wastewater backs up into the house or yard and creates a health hazard. By limiting your water use, you can reduce the amount of wastewater the system must treat. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $2,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $2,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter?s credit card.
