Spend the day lounging on the beach or brushing up your tennis game or try your luck fishing in the Gulf or one of the back bays. Grill up your fresh catch on one of the community BBQ grills or venture out for some extraordinary culinary fare at one of the renowned eateries nearby. After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the pool, sauna, or steam room. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset over Gulf waters as you wind down from the day's activities.

The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing home-cooked meals for your friends and family. For your added convenience, a stackable washer & dryer, located next to the kitchen, ensures that all your laundry needs are met throughout your stay.

The King suite features a private bath with a brand new walk-in shower and balcony access for an extra touch of relaxation. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and streaming for your viewing enjoyment.

As an extra treat, find a collection of beach toys tucked away in the closet of the second guest bedroom, guaranteed to bring joy to the little ones. Additionally, we've included a Pack-n-Play for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case, and dish towel - EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star "White Glove Treatment".

Guests also enjoy access to outdoor grills and picnic tables.

Upon entering the property, drive past the guard shack, make the next right, and you'll find parking conveniently located between the tennis courts and Building 2. Ascend to the 2nd floor, where the unit is situated, using the stairs or the elevator on the west side of the building. Parking passes, included with your reservation, will be inside the unit upon your arrival and should be prominently displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay.
