Designed for large groups, weddings, or family reunions, this spacious retreat features two kitchens, expansive living areas, multiple balconies with gulf views, and flexible sleeping spaces to comfortably host up to 40 guests. For smaller gatherings, the property can also be rented as two separate 6-bedroom homes, Family Tides A and Family Tides B, each sleeping 20.
