The private 3BR Hosteeva condo located in Beach Colony Resort is directly on the beach and has some of the most amazing views you can ask for.

This gated resort features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 spacious full bathrooms proving plenty of room for groups of up to 10 people.

Relax at the pool, play in the sand on the beach or watch some amazing sunsets on your private balcony.
The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and panels allow you to enjoy amazing panoramic views of the area.

This gated resort property is comprised of three towers. The east tower has a large fitness center which is over 1500 square feet and access to the large kidney-shaped private outdoor pool. There are also two tennis courts and a heated indoor pool on site.

There are plenty of attractions and great restaurants nearby. Only 15 minutes to the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is where the Blue Angels practice for their air shows. There are plenty of entertainment options, including great nightlife venues, delicious local cuisine, the best fishing and diving on the Gulf, and some convenient local shopping. In addition to the beach and pools, the kids will enjoy dolphin boat cruises, the arcades with mini-golf and go-carts about 20 minutes from the resort, a water park within a 45-minute drive theme parks, and many other attractions in Perdido Key and the surrounding area.
