Cart operators must obey all speed limits and other rules of the road at all times. The golf cart may not be driven off-road or on or across highways. All cart operators and passengers must review, agree to, and abide by the golf cart rules provided at the Property ('Rules'). The Rules may include additional terms or restrictions that apply to use of the golf cart at your specific Property or location. Unless otherwise directed or allowed in the Rules, the golf cart must be kept in the garage or driveway when not in use. The golf cart will be inspected after each stay.
