This lovely home boasts a spacious, furnished patio that is great for lounging in the sun and watching the dock waters. Indoors, the full kitchen will allow you to make culinary delights. There is seating at the breakfast bar and the charming dining space is perfect for family-style meals. Comfortable furnishings also await - settle into these and watch TV with Netflix streaming as a respite from the heat.

This house is a quick drive or bike ride from Newport Beach and the pier, as well as an assortment of restaurants and shops. More fun awaits a little farther down the Balboa Peninsula at the Balboa Fun Zone, while Huntington Beach is just a short drive west. Disneyland is also within easy driving distance for the amusement park lovers in your group!

Please be aware that there will be construction activity next door during your stay, starting June 2025 till October 2026. The hours of this will be 7 Am-6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of Vacasa's or the owner's control

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
