Bahia Mar #851F is a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium located on the beach!

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the essential cookware and appliances for making delicious home-cooked meals while on vacation.

The living room features a flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the tropical grounds and one of the resort's two pools.

Sit back with morning coffee or evening cocktails and enjoy the sea breeze!

The master bedroom features a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom is equipped with a combination bathtub/shower. Four additional guests can be accommodated in the guest room equipped with two Queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. A shared guest bathroom entails a stand-in shower.

The condo also features included wifi/internet, as well in-unit washer & dryer that makes going home with clean stuff that much easier. Standard cable is provided for local news and sports.

Bahia Mar has resort-style amenities including two (2) newly remodeled tropical pool areas, two (2) inviting hot tubs, two (2) tennis courts, private beach access, a playground for kids, and a SUPER unique beachfront sundeck with seating to relax while listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze.

Great location on the northern side of the island, walking distance to lots of local attractions including Sea Turtle Inc, (Great for kiddos on a rainy day) , Claytons, the largest beach bar in Texas, as well as eating at Bar Louie, Barry's and Kelly's Irish Pub all walkable and there are two free parking spot.

Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking as we do have a strict cancel policy and do not want anyone disappointed later. Note this is a 2nd floor condo where you must go up 2 flights of stairs to enter. City of South Padre Short Term Rental License available upon request.

We also do require you to sign a digital rental agreement we send you via email - you must attach a pic of your photo ID to age verify to it. We cannot check you in without it to maintain our Short Term Rental License by the City of South Padre Island.

Note in month of March this property's HOA requires a USD35 per person condo security wristband fee, our apologies.

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
