*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

A full-size washer and dryer is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. In addition to views of the Gulf, the living room features plenty of seating and a new 55-inch Smart TV ready to stream all your favorite apps or enjoy the cable TV. Relax your evening away in the main ensuite which holds a king bed and connects to your own private bath.
