*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Azure 206 is a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bath condo located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the right also includes a queen-size bed and a large flat-screen television. The additional guest bathroom is accessible from both this guest bedroom and the hallway, and also includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall on the left is the additional guest bedroom, including two twin-size beds and a television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. Enjoy a washer/dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the right at the end of the hall and features stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with a gorgeously-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo.
