- You need to be 25 or older in order to rent this property. Photo ID is required upon check in and the guest leasing must be present when Keys are provided. 1. No more than 6 people are permitted to stay in this property. 2. This is a non-smoking property- please smoke outside only. 3. Please respect other guests and homeowners at the complex and keep the noise level down. 9 pm – 7 am is quiet time. 4. Please take out your trash prior to departure and tidy up to avoid extra cleaning fee. 5. Please start the dishwasher & do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. 6. There is a $25 charge for lost keys. 7. Please do not hang towels over chairs on the Porch 8. Bikes and Scooters are not to be kept on your Porch. 9. You have one assigned parking space for your use.
