Find bright, contemporary style and every coastal comfort at this two-bedroom, two-level home in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community. Enjoy a shaded front porch and balcony, as well as wonderful access to the beach, the community pool, and the on-site golf course.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community is ideally located on the gulf shore of Port Aransas, offering a boardwalk that leads to the sand and 12 holes of golf (nine holes of regulation and a three-hole short course) originally designed by Arnold Palmer in Texas's only true links course.

Enter by way of a shaded porch, where you can sip your coffee in the Adirondack rocker and glider, listen to the sounds of the gulf, and say hello to neighbors passing in the courtyard. Inside, you'll find central AC and an open living, dining, and kitchen area that's full of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a built-in gas stove) and an island with bar seats for four, while the living room offers a cable TV with streaming capability.

The two bedrooms are upstairs, each offering an en suite bathroom. The primary suite has a TV and a balcony with partial views of the golf course and the bay, while the kids' room has built-in bunks. An assortment of kid-friendly items - toys, games, books, step stools, and dinnerware - are provided as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The two full bathrooms have showers only (no tubs).
The washer/dryer is a convenient combination machine - you can put your laundry in, go to the beach, and not worry about moving your clothes to the dryer.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
