Enjoy local beaches on Loon and Schroon Lakes, climb mountains or fish in the many lakes and trout streams. The world-renowned Adirondack Experience Museum (ADKX) is in Blue Mountain Lake, 34 miles northwest. Closer to home, downtown North Creek, located right on the Hudson River, is just four miles up the road for groceries, restaurants, essential services, and coffee. About 25 miles away is exciting Lake George Village, with boat tours, arcades, parasailing, amusement parks, outlet shopping, and much more.
