LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2400+ sq ft home offers a welcoming living area with a TV, recessed lighting, and ample comfortable seating. Enjoy meals at the dining table or bar seating, and unwind by the beautiful gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to gather and relax.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room in the garage with pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey table. Living room with foosball table, board games, and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
