Aquarius #908 is located on the 9th floor and offers great bayside views While this complex is beachfront, this particular property doesn't afford beach views but rather bay views - perfect for Sunsets and Fireworks.

Sitting just 90 feet away from the Gulf of Mexico water's edge, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is on the smaller side, but is a great place to relax and unwind on sunny South Padre Island. The Aquarius Condos complex offers a heated (seasonally) swimming pool, hot tub (year round heat), and beautifully landscaped grounds.

One major unique feature is the out door patio by the pool with common area use BBQ charcoal pits for fun out door BBQing (first come first serve) while your kids enjoy the pool.

If you want to hit hit the beach, you will find a private beach entrance with shower to wash off the sand right at Aquarius.

Want to grave a bite to eat or go see some live music? The entertainment district is a mere 2 blocks away. No need to drive anywhere.

This properly has a staffed front desk as well a Coin-operated laundry for guest use. Just one off street parking space is included and there is a gate with a code.

Need more than one condo here? We have a few of them and can sometimes book multiple units together - inquire by messaging us.

This condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI internet and sleeping accommodations for 6. The master bedroom entails 1 queen bed and the guest bedroom entails 2 twins. There is a sofa sleepers in the living room which completes the accommodation for 6. We do provide an airbed as well. Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the sleeper sofa and/or airbed.

Please message us about active military and off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15th for 4 or more night stays!

Again - important to read all house rules prior to booking as we do have a strict cancel policy and do not want any disappointments! Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Our Short Term Rental License on file with the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
