The downstairs living area provides direct access to the hot tub area and a wet bar with a wine fridge, while the upstairs living area opens to the deck. A portable stereo with Bluetooth speakers makes it easy to stream your favorite music wherever you’re at.

Find everything you need in the sleek modern kitchen, which boasts a full suite of upscale stainless steel appliances like a French-door fridge and a gas range.

Comfort awaits in three well-appointed bedrooms, each outfitted with a smart TV (for a total of five TVs in the home). The primary suite adds an extra touch of luxury with radiant floor heating in the en suite bathroom plus an extra laundry unit in the closet. There is another well-appointed suite on the lower level.

Located just five miles from Powder Mountain and 18.5 miles from Snowbasin, your home offers quick access to thousands of acres of skiable terrain. In the summer, enjoy fantastic hiking and mountain biking. To practice your swing, the Wolf Creek Golf Course is one mile away.
