You'll love the beautiful floors, the natural light, and the abundance of open space that combine to present a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout the home.

The well-equipped, full kitchen features wood cabinetry, an island with counter seating, and all the appliances and amenities you could want to make fantastic homemade meals for your guests. Outside, the furnished patio boasts a table, chairs, and a gas grill perfect for throwing a little char on today's fresh catch and a hot tub that will melt your cares away.

Downtown Breckenridge is just five-and-a-half miles away with all kinds of family-friendly activities, restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Stop by Carter Park for downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, hiking trails, and tennis courts. You'll be right next to Breckenridge Ski Resort just under three miles away. There are also several fantastic ski resorts close by such as Keystone Resort 14.4 miles away, Copper Mountain 16.3 miles away, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area 19 miles away. Terrific fishing is close by as well. Visit Alpine Fishing Adventures, nine miles north, to get out alongside some brown trout, arctic char, kokanee salmon, and rainbow trout on the Dillon Reservoir.
