This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the third floor. It is a very clean, neat
unit with a large comfortable living area which has a TV, VCR and DVD. Master
bedroom has a king bed. One guest bedroom has a queen while the other guest
room has two twins. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your
convenience. The large balcony has a table with six chairs and is a wonderful
area to sit and relax while listening to the ocean waves.. All units at Amelia
by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or
patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private 800 ft.
fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is
a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAYS ONLY - No Monthly rentals from March to August

Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a
major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to
come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building
and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells.
While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it
is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount
off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note
that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for
cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
