LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, office nook, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the back yard. Second bedroom has two xl twin beds ceiling fan, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Basement level gaming space with darts. Smart TVs, streaming apps with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace in winter and fall and stay cool under large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room during the warmer months. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Incredible deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a cozy firepit for the colder seasons. Relax away the tension in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or lake. Guests will enjoy family dinners with the outdoor pizza oven and gas barbecue while furry friends have access to a fully fenced yard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway, EV Charger.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
