LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. New floors, recovered pool table, re-stained deck, and repainted house.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master suite has a California king bed, private bath, and TV. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Loft has a queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper sofa, TV, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Breakfast bar, stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Pool Table and card table! Board games and card games. TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, movie library of over 70 titles, and iPod/iPhone dock. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub on wraparound deck, fenced yard, patio furniture, barbecue with lake views, and private balconies. Fish from the shore or enjoy the gentle lake waves.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
