ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Front fenced in deck with patio furniture and charcoal barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
