It is the ideal house for someone wanting to get out of the city and into the country without having to sacrifice good restaurants and shopping. The house is 1 minute away by car to Lake Waramaug. You will get a stamp which will allow you to use a beautiful and exclusive private beach, excellent for kids as it has very shallow waters and is never crowded. There is also a playground on this beach. You can bring your own boat or rent one if you wish but there is no docking overnight.
