LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Bedroom one has a king bed, fireplace, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Bonus room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball table, and a chalkboard wall! Entertainment includes board games, card games, TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the forest views from the three outdoor decks.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
