If you want to rent a boat, you'll be only two miles from Boat Sport Marina. The town of Eagle River is six miles west, where you'll find museums, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, breweries, and Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag. Anvil Lake Trail State Natural Area, just eight miles east, and other natural oases provide you with other hiking trails and small lakes to explore.
