Enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV or gather around the beautiful wood-burning fireplace for a warm, cozy evening. A dining table sits nearby, offering a perfect spot for meals, games, or conversation, making this space ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, futon, smart TV, desk, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Newly renovated kitchen, granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, food processor, blender, toaster, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace with family games and toys, a keyboard, and a guitar.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
