Pool size is 22'x8' (3-6' deep)
There is no pool heater here. This is solar controlled. No charge for pool heat because the heat is dependent on the sun.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Two spots available in the garage, and two additional spots in the driveway
Boat and Trailer Parking is allowed

Dock:
Dock is available to use (30' x 4')

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

Security Camera Disclosure:
There are 4 exterior security cameras in total: two facing the road and two facing the canal
No pets are allowed per owners health requirements, guests will be required to leave immediately- no refund.
