wrap-around patio that is nestled amid a peaceful garden with views of the
golf course. It is beautifully decorated and features a living room with a
flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 6 and a full kitchen. This condo
sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and private
bathroom with shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have a queen bed and flat
screen tv. The 2nd bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with shower. It also has free
Direct TV and local calls. WiFi is available for purchase from the resort on a
daily or weekly basis (there is free WiFi available in public areas of the
resort). You can walk to the nearby resort swimming pool and tennis court. No
pets allowed.

This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa,
Yountville, Rutherford and the surrounding areas.

A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the
total reservation checkout price.

***Guests staying more than 5 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee
plus an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged on the 6th day as well
as every 5 days following. Guests will receive a new confirmation with the
additional cleaning fees listed after the fees have been added***

Additional cleaning fees cover the following:
Starting on the 6th day and every 5 days afterward, housekeeping will enter
the condo to replace towels with clean towels, restock toiletries, bath tissue
and Kleenex, paper towels, coffee and condiments, as well as remove trash.

This condo has access to a HOA pool and tennis courts, which is located within
walking distance.

This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and
Spa. The golf course, main resort pool and tennis courts, spa, classes and
resort shuttle are not available on this nightly vacation rental.
