Newly built in 2019, 5703B Gulf Blvd is a modern beach house that will add
luxury to your tropical getaway and elevate your South Padre Island
experience! Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the spacious 3- story
townhouse can accommodate up to 24 guests and is located directly across from
the beach.

Two guest bedrooms await on the ground level. The first bedroom features two
Twin beds and two Twin trundle beds, perfect for kids or friends traveling
together, and includes a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two Queen
beds and also has its own private bathroom. The main living area is located on
the second level and encompasses a large open concept living room surrounding
a 75” Samsung TV, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space
for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with
bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a
refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. The living room features a large
flat screen tv surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and
watch movies or sports with the whole group!

Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom featuring a King bed, private
bathroom, and a flat-screen TV, offering comfort and privacy for one or two
guests. The third floor houses the luxurious Master Suite along with two
additional guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a 65” flat-
screen TV, and a private bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, shower, and
spacious vanity area, perfect for rest and relaxation.
The other two bedrooms each include two Queen beds, providing plenty of space
for family or friends.

Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, or walk right out to the
beach using the access directly across from the property! Make your

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry
detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the
number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not
last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase
additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are
not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we
recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more
enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit.
