Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an
immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are
$25 + tax, per person.

Gorgeous beachfront home with full ocean and beach views! This luxury beach
house has amenities galore! The home features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms.
Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom
overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. This home has a private
pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!

Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of
beach living. Whether you wish to entertain friends or take long walks on the
beach, this is Island living at its finest!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry
detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the
number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not
last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase
additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are
not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we
recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more
enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit.
