The crown jewel is a completely renovated barn game room with pop-a-shot,
skee-ball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, foosball, over 4,000 classic arcade games,
and an 85" big screen TV.



Off the property, the fun keeps going. Spend a day at Fossil Rim Wildlife Park
with over 1,100 exotic and endangered animals roaming freely. Explore Dinosaur
Valley State Park on foot or horseback. Cast a line at Wheeler Branch Park,

* We have a strict NO SMOKING of any kind policy in all our units. You will be fined if you violate.
* **NO** Hunting. We have endangered species on property and are required to maintain their current ecosystem.
* **NO** pets. We have both guests and family members that are allergic to both cats and dogs. A $500 fine will be levied for bringing pets on the property
* Spa Use (Heating) is $100 a trip. Please contact the host for instructions on use.
* **NO** parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
* **NO** Extra/ Overnight Guests. (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* **NO** Pets allowed
* **NO** Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors.
* **NO** parking anywhere other than the assigned
* **NO** use of the Polaris (Usage will result in cancellation of reservation)
