An aquamarine Gulf of Mexico sparkles with crystals of sunlight. Dolphins breach along the horizon. Relax in an Adirondack chair, or on the balcony porch swing, and sip coffee or fresh-squeezed citrus juice, as a salt breeze rustles palms and windswept live oak trees. The open, airy, and beachy-style living room has pale blue walls, contrasted with one dark accent wall the color of coconut husk.
There’s a leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman the color of sand dunes, small coffee tables, and lamps, all nicely arranged around a wall-mounted Smart TV and entertainment center.

The contemporary kitchen has custom-built, fine wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, french door fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, and double-basin sink.
There’s a large, granite kitchen island featuring a breakfast bar with stool seating for three. The chef is never isolated from the social scene. There’s also a wet bar area with a Keurig coffee maker, a wine rack, and mini-fridge.

The spacious in-law suite has its own full kitchen/dining & living area. Every bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. The main house primary has a King size bed, and ensuite bath with double-sink granite vanity, custom tiled, walk-in glass shower, and a soaking tub.

Second-floor balconies on the main house and in-law suite offer gorgeous water views. Both balconies have Adirondack chairs. The main house balcony has a cushioned porch swing. Enjoy vibrant Gulf of Mexico sunsets that paint the sky with hues of gold, crimson, and violet.
