Treetop Village is a gated Seacrest community between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Guests enjoy a community pool, walkable access to shops and restaurants, and private entrances off both 30A and Hwy 98.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-trained, non-shedding dogs (preferably over 2 years old). Dogs must be fully potty trained; crate-trained pups are preferred. Additional pet fee applies (collected after booking). Minimum $350 damage fee applies if needed.
