ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Recently renovated with new countertops, this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy the stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with YouTube TV, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace in the winter months. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
