The generously-sized living room showcases a modernized fireplace and a Smart TV with cable access for your entertainment needs. Step outside onto your private balcony, conveniently located just off the living room, to savor your favorite beverage while taking in a beautiful Gulf Coast sunset.

The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests and is conveniently adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your loved ones. The master bedroom indulges you with a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bath complete with a shower/tub combination. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom provides two cozy double beds, with a guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the bedroom.

Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, ensuring you have access to cable channels, and the entire unit boasts free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
