be under Heavy construction (concrete work, jack hammering, dust, debris,
etc...) starting approximately September of 2024 and is estimated to end mid
July 2025.

**Upcoming Beach Project
The Nassau County Shore Protection Project is scheduled to begin in late
spring and will move along the shoreline over several months. While we don't
know exactly when the dredging will be in front of this home or for how long,
when it is, guests can expect loud noise and 24-hour operations with lights at
night. To account for any inconvenience, we're offering a special discount
during this time. Price will be automatically adjusted when booking.

Welcome to our charming oceanfront vacation rental condo located at Oceans of
Amelia nestled on the pristine shores of Amelia Island in Fernandina. This
delightful retreat offers the perfect beach-themed getaway with breathtaking
views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from your door. Featuring 2 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms, our condo is designed to provide comfort and relaxation for
your coastal escape. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the
guest bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, ideal for families or friends
traveling together. Additionally, a convenient pull-out sofa ensures ample
sleeping space for additional guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking
space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An
additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle
for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow
parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first
come, first serve basis only.
