The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
