Located just minutes from Sunriver Village and SHARC, this home provides
effortless access to shopping, dining, bike trails, and entertainment. Tucked
into a quiet, wooded neighborhood, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still
being close to all the action. Your stay includes 12 unlimited SHARC passes,
adding even more value to your adventure.

Step inside and discover a reverse-living floor plan designed with gathering
in mind. The vaulted great room upstairs features rich leather seating, a
beautiful stone fireplace, and large windows that fill the space with natural
light. The open-concept layout connects the living room to the dining area and
kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals together or relax after a day outdoors.
The dining table seats six, with additional bar seating at the kitchen island.
Cooks in the group will love the well-equipped kitchen, complete with
stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and all the essentials.

Sleeping accommodations are both generous and comfortable. Upstairs, you'll
find a king master suite and a queen bedroom with a nearby full bath.
Downstairs includes another king suite, a queen bedroom with direct access to
a shared hall bath, and a fun bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, perfect
for the kids.

Multiple balconies and decks invite you to step outside and take in the fresh
mountain air. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with views of
the surrounding pines. The private hot tub offers the ultimate spot for star
gazing after a day of adventure.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, a full laundry room, ping pong
table, and a garage stocked with 6 adult bikes and a Burley child trailer,
everything you need for exploring the scenic trails right outside your door.
