It's still the same familiar home many of our guests have always enjoyed, but
this property has had updates throughout! Enjoy limited ocean views from the
comfort of your living area and deck as you unwind with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, crockpot, Keurig and drip coffee maker, making meal preparation a
breeze. Gather around the dining area for memorable meals or step outside to
the gas grill (propane provided) for a delightful barbecue. A complete kitchen
reset of small appliances, dining and upgraded cookware allow for easy meal
prep, whether a holiday meal, locally caught sea fare, or a quick bite.
The property accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. On the main floor are
the primary suite with a king bed and attached full bathroom; a second bedroom
with a queen bed and a small work area with a desk and task light; and a third
bedroom with two twins, who share the adjacent hall bathroom.
Up a staircase with a whimsical rope handrail evoking the spirit of ship's
rigging is a large fourth bedroom with two twins (can be combined for a king)
and an ensuite half bath, providing ample space for everyone to refresh after
a day of beach adventures.
All bedrooms feature closets or rails for hanging clothes, drawer space, and
luggage racks for baggage and shoe storage. Towels and all bed linens are
provided already on the beds upon arrival, allowing for immediate relaxation!
The outdoor deck space is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying ocean
views. Deck dining seats 12+ at two tables shaded under umbrellas, and two
lounge chairs for sunbathing. Enjoy shaded and breezy hammocks, outdoor
seating and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower in the carport area which also
provides covered parking for up to four cars. In the storage room there is a
second refrigerator for overflow food, drinks or bait. A private Oceans 8
beach access path just north of the house leads directly to the beach!
The great room and all four bedrooms feature Roku televisions which provide a
large variety of free programming including news, weather and sports and allow
guests to log into their own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime,
YouTube, etc.). This system utilizes Guest Mode which purges all entered
account ID and passwords upon guest departure.
For your comfort and convenience, the home is equipped with air conditioning
and heating, a supplemental air conditioner upstairs, a portable fan, washer
and dryer, iron, and high-speed internet access. Safety features such as smoke
detectors and a fire extinguisher ensure peace of mind during your stay.
Families will appreciate the child-friendly features, while pets are also
considered, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with furry
companions.
Located near charming shops, restaurants, and local attractions, 1423 N
