a-kind amenity! There are two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The master
bedroom is huge and entails a king bed and flat-screen TV. Rental guests will
love the ocean views from the master bedroom, and private balcony. The master
bathroom features a walk-in shower and offers guests a comfortable area to
clean up after a day of enjoying South Padre Island. The additional guest
bedroom is spacious and entails a full bed and flat-screen TV.

last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase
additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are
not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we
recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more
enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit.
