retreat, which, though a short distance from the slopes, provides spacious

Please note there is no parking on the road, and street parking violations are
strictly enforced, leading to towing. The property includes a 2-car garage and
space for 2 more vehicles or larger Suvs in the driveway.

There is no pool access at this property.

Park and Ride Convenience: Leave your vehicle at the Richardson Flats Park and
Ride to have the free Park City Bus handle the driving for you. No need to
wait in line or pay for parking at the resorts. Starting on December 10th,
2023, buses will run on a 20-minute frequency, with service hours from 6am to
11pm. The bus will transport you directly to the Main Street Transit Center (6
Silver).

There are also direct skier buses for Deer Valley Ski Resort (8 Brown) and
Park City Mountain (7 Grey) which will run from 6am- 11pm and take you from
the Park and Ride to the Ski Resort Base Areas. The park and ride location is
just 7.2 miles away.
