120B E. Mars is an Incredible property to spend your vacation on South Padre
Island! It has a private heated pool! The location of this 5 bedroom/3.5
bathroom townhome is perfect, being only 1/2 a block from the beach! South
Padre's white sandy beaches are literally 2-3 minutes down the street from
this property. This townhome features the kitchen, dining, and living area
downstairs. The living room leads out to a private pool which is an ideal size
for taking a dip and cooling off in our tropical island weather. All five
bedrooms are spacious and provide ample room for guests to be comfortable and
relax! The interior of this property is nicely updated and very well cared
for! The furniture is great quality and has a nice coastal vibe! 120B E. Mars
accommodates up to 16 people!

Island, TX, this home has everything needed to make a dream trip to remember!

(toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap,
laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending
on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these
may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase
additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are
not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we
recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more
enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit.
