As you enter, you'll be greeted by a modern kitchen that's been impeccably renovated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The living room has plenty of seating, a comfortable workstation where you can log onto the free WiFi, and a TV that is surrounded by plush seating.
At night, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony - a wonderful spot for an early morning cup of coffee or an evening nightcap. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Have young children? No need to pack all of that gear. Tucked away in a closet, you'll find a full-size folding crib, Graco Pack 'n Play, a high chair, a booster chair, changing table, and a stroller. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards, and plenty of sand and pool toys for endless fun in the sun.
Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of June.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
There are about 10 - 14 steps leading to the front door, and there is no elevator access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
