Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
Sugar Sands C is on the second floor and offers 2,500 sq. ft. of homey beachside living penthouse style. This retreat offers fabulous views from the sunroom, dining area, and main suite, and all the comforts of home with a nicely appointed kitchen, wine refrigerator, and breakfast bar. Three bedrooms have private full bathrooms, TV, and king beds, a rare luxury. The magnificent main suite boasts a charming sitting area overlooking the glistening Gulf of Mexico. And last but not least, the fourth bedroom has two sets of full bunk beds, a TV, and a handy sink and refrigerator.

The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
