get plenty in this North-end Island house. Tucked away in a cul-de-sac the
location North of Pine Ave and a peaceful canal front setting make this
beautiful home a perfect vacation getaway! Island Priva-Sea has a convenient
ground level layout and accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms. The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.

EXTERIOR

The pool area invites for more leisure activities. Take in the canal front
views that are wrapping around this home. Watch sea birds and manatees pass by
or catch your mangrove snapper dinner! The spa/hot tub is NOT for guest use.
There is a gas and charcoal grill and a smoker for the family cook-out. Enjoy
your private pool out back and fish off your dock, relax under your covered
patios and have some s'mores by the outdoor fire pit, or just enjoy sitting
around under the stars. Bring your own boat and tie-up only to the dock. The
boat and boat lift are NOT for guest use. Please check with our office before
bringing a boat to the property for height restrictions. You will need to pass
the humpback bridge by N Bay Blvd to reach Tampa Bay. If you are interested in
fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be
required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may
go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office
(3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

The pool heat is an additional $350.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes
are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are
monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting
which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur,
water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not
operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.
While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified,
weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done
about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the
additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same
temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during
your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It
may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund
or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control,
malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There is one covered parking space under the carport at this home and two more
parking spaces in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be
a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and
night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful
enjoyment of their private property.
